Founder
Alanna is a mother of 11, an engineer, Certified Professional Life Coach, speaker, and the visionary founder of Rise Up. Known for helping women reclaim identity and rise into their true potential, Alanna brings clarity, compassion, and authenticity into every space she leads.
Her own journey of healing and resilience, shaped and supported through her work with life coach Jolie Perez, fuels her passion to create safe, transformative spaces for women.

Jolie Perez
Co-Founder & CFO
Jolie is a licensed counselor and certified coach whose warmth, wisdom, and emotional insight have helped thousands of people (women, men, teens, and families) heal, grow, and rebuild their inner world. With over 30 years of experience, Jolie has walked alongside individuals from every background, guiding them through deep emotional work, identity renewal, and personal transformation.
